Zach and Ash began building Edenic in August, 2021. Ash quit the corporate world of aerospace to begin her dream of opening her own smoothie bus. With the help of family and friends, in a couple months the mint green 1994 GMC Vandura was turned into a food truck.

The name, "Edenic Smoothies" stems from their desire to serve smoothies with ingredients made from God's creation. Since God provided everything man needed to eat in the Garden of Eden, Zach and Ash want to provide smoothies made from ingredients that would've grown in that Garden - natural and real. The name was the logical product of their mission statement.

Zach and Ash are married and living in Ventura. They are excited to contribute to the community in a material way.
